There is no minimum order. However, orders under £50.00 (ex delivery) will carry a delivery charge of £8.99 per delivery address. Otherwise, all orders will be charged at the normal delivery charge of £4.50 per delivery address.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Switch, Solo, Visa or MasterCard. We will not debit your credit/debit card until the day of despatch. Please make cheques payable to “Garrigue Wines”. Orders will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

Garrigue Wines shall retain Title in the goods until payment in full of the price and until such payment the buyer shall hold the goods and all items incorporating the goods in a fiduciary capacity for the seller. In the event of non-payment by the buyer by the due date the seller shall be entitled in addition to all other rights to recover possession of them.

All goods should be examined at time of delivery before signing the driver’s sheet. Claims for breakages and missing bottles must be notified to us in writing within 7 days. Please inform us immediately of any damage or loss in order to speed up and facilitate your claim. Good that have been requested to be left unsigned for are left at customer’s own risk.

We confirm that, according to the Data Protection Act, we shall not disclose your details to any other party.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods and services. If wine is purchased as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18 years of age.

We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. This will confirm details of your purchase and price and the expected day of despatch. Every effort will be made to ensure that all wines that you have ordered remain in stock. However, in the event of your order including a wine that is no longer available, we will, unless you have advised us otherwise, select a replacement as near as possible to the style, quality and price of the original.
